This is a very vertical and physical/athletic Via Ferrata. It follows an almost straight line next to the dam with 4 sections with good rests. Although not very technical nor complex it is physically demanding, mainly in the baking sun (its mostly south facing). I would suggest taking proper gloves as it can be quite hard on the hands and making sure you have a rest carabiner or safety sling to take well needed rests during the vertical sections.
