By bus it's possible to go to Xerta, Pinell del Brai or Alcañiz and then go down all the way to Tortosa. Timetables and bus routes: http://www.hife.es/en/
The other possibility is to hire the private services of a Taxi, for example: http://www.taxitortosa.com/
The last could be the expensive but comfortable way, you can hire the Esgambi company, specialized in the Greenway. Consult their Drop-Off / Pick-Up timetable and rates:
